Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel

Promoting Professionalism. Protecting the Public.

Client Protection

The Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel helps protect clients in a number of ways. If you have a complaint about your attorney, visit the filing a complaint page. If you believe you have lost money or property due to the dishonest conduct of your attorney, the Attorneys' Fund for Client Protection may be able to help.

If an attorney dies or becomes disabled, the Office of Attorney Regulation may help by appointing Inventory Counsel to manage the attorney's affairs and protect the attorney's clients.
