THE NUMBER: 44
44 years of service David Stark has given to the legal profession.

Stark, formerly a civil litigation attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, retired on December 31, 2017. His career spanned four decades and is brimming with countless victories, as both a civil and criminal litigator.

Stark has also contributed extensively to various projects and committees inside and outside of the legal community.

If there was any question about whether Stark would find a passion after leaving litigation, it seems he's already found it: "There's no better job than being a grandpa."

You can read his story here: Retirement is a Stark contrast to lawyer's last 44 years.
