You may appear in person or send a runner with a letter of request detailing the attorney's name and registration number (if the attorney is not available to sign the request, it needs to be on law office letterhead stationary for the business we have on file for said attorney) to pick up a certificate of good standing at our office during normal business hours at a cost of $10.00* each. We will accept a check, money order or cash for the exact amount only.
To receive a certificate of good standing by mail, send a written request detailing the attorney's name and registration number and your check or money order in the amount of $10.00.* You must include a self-addressed-stamped envelope. The turn around time is approximately 2 - 3 working days. If necessary, the certificate can be overnighted using Federal Express if you provide the return envelope for express delivery and a completed air bill showing the payment as your responsibility.
