Charles Goldberg, Esq., Chair of the Board, is a partner in the Denver firm of Rothgerber, Johnson and Lyons, LLP, and a former Denver District Court Judge. Mr. Goldberg served for over 20 years on the Supreme Court's Pattern Civil Jury Instruction Committee and is a former member of the Board of Director of the National Client Protection Organization. Mr. Goldberg is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, recognized by Best Lawyers in America and as one of the "Colorado Super Lawyers". Mr. Goldberg is involved in several professional and community organizations.

Nathifa Lewis, Esq., is a staff attorney and the Director of Denver Prevention Partnership Project. Denver Prevention Partnership is a joint program with Denver Department of Human Services that helps strengthen struggling families at-risk of entering the court system. She trains and provides support to volunteer attorneys who are assigned to work with a family to help create a stable home, thereby sparing the children the trauma of being removed from their family. After earning her J.D. from the University Of Denver College Of Law, Nathifa served as Public Defender for 2 1/2 years before she joined the Children's Law Center in 1999.

Charles Turner, Esq., is the Executive Director of the Colorado/Denver Bar Associations. Mr. Turner is involved locally and nationally in professional organizations.

Andrew P. McCallin, Esq., is a First Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General's Office.

Honorable Ethan D. Feldman has been a judge of the Arapahoe County Court since February 1992 and has twice been Presiding Judge of the Court. His assignments have included preliminary felony matters, domestic violence cases and other misdemeanors, DUI's, traffic, and civil cases. He has also served as an acting judge of the District Court.

Judge Feldman is a 1970 graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a degree in Russian Studies and is a 1974 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. Prior to his appointment to the County bench, Judge Feldman was Deputy and Chief Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe County from 1974 to 1980. He was in private practice from 1980 to 1992 during which time he also served as a part-time municipal judge in Glendale for 12 years.

Judge Feldman is past president of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, a past member of the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association, and past chairperson of the Criminal Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He is currently president of the Colorado County Judges' Association and the Colorado Trial Judges' Council. He has served on several committees of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Donald A. Pesek is Manager of BID Operations for the Downtown Denver Partnership. He has been with the Partnership for 8 years and is most proud of his involvement with the growth and success of downtown Denver's Business Improvement District. He has applied over 30 years of experience in both construction and property management in the administration of the BID's clean and safe programs. Originally from the Cleveland area, Don has worked in HUD's property management and Indian Housing operations in Ohio and New Mexico, and has managed high-end condominium properties. He has a Business degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.

In addition to his normal duties, he has served as a sub-committee Co-Chair of Mayor Hickenlooper's Graffiti Task Force; on a number of committees for Denver's Road Home, the Mayor's homeless initiative; and also serves on committees dealing with downtown security and hospitality in preparation for the Democratic National Convention.

Susan S. Riehl, is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Colorado Historical Society, State of Colorado
