Rule 252.6.Board Meetings (a)The Board shall meet as frequently as necessary to conduct the business of the fund and to process claims in a timely manner. (b)The chairperson shall call a meeting at any reasonable time or upon the request of at least two trustees. (c)A quorum for any meeting of the Board shall be four trustees. (d)Minutes of meetings shall be taken and permanently maintained by the secretary. | |||
