Rule 252.3.Funding (a) The Supreme Court shall provide for funding by the attorneys of the state through the attorney registration fee established in C.R.C.P. 227(A)(1)(a) and (c). (b) An attorney whose dishonest conduct has resulted in any payment by the fund to a claimant shall make restitution to the fund including interest and the expense incurred by the fund in processing the claim and pursuing restitution. An attorney's failure to make full restitution may be cause for additional discipline or denial of an application for reinstatement or readmission. | |||
